Through an online webstore, Heroic Starfish also provide Lightseekers and associated products (collectively, the “Good(s)”).

The goods are provided by Heroic Starfish (the “Company”, “we” or “us”) for purchasers of the Goods (“you”).

This privacy policy sets forth our policy with respect to information that is collected from customers purchasing our Goods.

If you make any payments online, the personal data that you provide will be shared with “Paypal”, a third party Data Processor, in order for your payment to be processed.

We will NOT share any of your information with any other parties.
